Service Description

A 30 minute PHONE SESSION is available for USA or UK residents, in USA Eastern Standard time. (Be aware of this when booking your session as it will reflect as USA/EST). The new office space effective 02/01/2024 is NOT wheelchair accessible making phone sessions most convenient. *PHONE REQUIRMENTS: At least 48-hours prior, please text or email (below), two recent images of the person whom Tracy will be speaking with along with clear images of anyone crossed over OR living the caller will be asking about at the time of the session. For example, the caller will send two images of themselves, then one each of a loved one crossed over and their living family, pets or coworkers, whomever they will be asking about. Send each image, one at a time, first name only. No questions prior are necessary. Clear, visible eyes are preferred on each photo. Try to avoid images where the person's eyes are not visible, such as far away or wearing sunglasses. However, if the only photo available does not have clear eyes, send it regardless. *Images are never kept after the date of the session and are immediately deleted. *The caller is responsible to take their own notes or record UNLESS they are requesting notes be taken at the beginning of the session. Those notes can be taken by Tracy then dropped in the mail for USA residents only. * Tracy will call the session for USA residents but request UK residents call +1-518-709-9940, when the session is to begin. **No refunds. Payment can be transferred to another date by calling (USA +1) 518-709-9940 or by Email to Tracy@tracyfluty.com. 24 hour requested for rescheduling is preferred.
